The inspiration for this painting simply came from a trip to my gallery in Hendersonville. I saw this nifty retro diner on Hendersonville road and I had to look into it. I’ve had pretty good results just placing my camera on the back door and shooting straight in, so that’s what I did. I like the lighting and reflections in the barstools
This painting is made with oil on canvas and measures 18” x 18” x 1.5” It comes in a custom made floater frame made from Poplar and Pine with a natural polyurethane finish. Frame adds an inch to each dimension.
